Coming out of the pandemic, our workforce was tired, uninspired, and lacked engagement. Our CEO asked us to help and so we forged a special corporate tradition about which employees excitedly await each year: a 3-day long conference designed to inspire, align, and energize.
We call it “Corporate Training Week” but the content is far from a typical corporate production. We blend an agenda that comprises thoughtful discussion, amplification of company goals, and tongue-in-cheek shenanigans. Each year is intentionally different— the only constants are the wildly creative themes and the fun we share. The proof is in the evaluation— employee engagement scores increased and survey feedback on CTW averaged a 4.8/5.
“Help us make a difference in the lives of pediatric cancer patients”
In 2022, we formed a 501c3 Foundation in memory of a little boy named Nicholas Collins. He battled a rare form of AML leukemia for 10 months. He passed away just before his 3rd birthday— and in his memory, we host an annual golf tournament and give 100% of our proceeds to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston.
In two years, we have raised and donated $250K, earmarked to support the care for patients like Nicholas and the grief and bereavement programs that support families with surviving siblings when the unimaginable happens.
